We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be part of our dynamic team at Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: This is a Base Salary PLUS Bonus position. Earning potential is estimated at $72,000 per year*

What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional, clear communication
- Complete and review service orders with customers and the shop
- Accurately estimate service costs and completion times
- Educate customers on products and services that best suit their needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage parts on repair orders
- Maintain accurate records and produce flawless paperwork
What We're Looking For:
- Experience and knowledge in the automotive service industry
- Understanding of mechanical components of vehicles
- Ability to maintain professional and technical expertise through ongoing training
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of PBS is an asset
