Financial & Insurance Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial & Insurance Manager to join our management team and actively contribute to our success.

Main responsibilities:

- Present and sell financing and insurance products (loan protection, extended warranties, cosmetic protection, etc.);
- Deliver an exceptional, seamless and professional customer experience every step of the way;
- Accurately manage financing and leasing transactions with partner institutions (Volkswagen Finance, banks and credit unions);
- Work closely with the sales team and ensure smooth communication between departments;
- Ensure full compliance of files and adherence to AMF standards;
- Actively contribute to the achievement of performance and customer satisfaction objectives.

Profile :

- Relevant experience as Financial & Insurance Manager in a car dealership;
- Excellent knowledge of F&I processes and CRM tools (Activix, Dealertrack, Serti, etc.);
- Valid AMF license or in the process of obtaining one;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Professionalism, rigor and positive leadership;
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
