Creative Marketing Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON

BMW Toronto is seeking a dynamic, creative Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team. This role supports the BMW, MINI, and Motorrad brands across the Quinn Automotive Group, helping craft integrated marketing communications, content, and experiences that reflect our commitment to premium performance and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Design and produce marketing, communication, and promotional materials, including digital ads, social media assets, flyers, newsletters, in-store displays, and event signage.
  • Develop, write, and edit engaging marketing copy for campaigns, web content, and social channels.
  • Maintain and update dealership websites (graphics and content) through CMS and WordPress; basic HTML knowledge is an asset.
  • Manage social media channels - plan, schedule, and publish content consistently with the marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Support the planning and execution of dealership events, sponsorship activations, and vehicle display launches.
  • Coordinate external suppliers, photographers, videographers, and media vendors.
  • Assist in tracking marketing expenses and vendor invoices to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, website traffic, and social engagement.
  • Ensure alignment with BMW Group brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual and messaging standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promote offers, campaigns, and dealership initiatives.
  • Apply emerging AI tools to enhance efficiency in design, content creation, and data insights.


Qualifications
 

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Photography and video editing skills are considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar) to support campaign ideation and content optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute fresh ideas.
