Job description:

At Mazda Val-David, we don't believe the conventional wisdom: despite being located in the heart of the Laurentians, we have a high sales volume in new and used vehicles. With a growing inventory and a major new project taking shape in the next few weeks, we're looking for an experienced Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) ready to contribute to our success.

As part of this project, our financing and insurance services will now be centralized in Mirabel, at Entrepôt Auto Durocher. You'll be joining a solid, efficient and renowned team, where you'll be able to offer financing services and product sales to Mazda Val-David customers, for both new and pre-owned vehicles, remotely - by telephone.

File preparation and signature will continue to be handled on-site in Val-David by our dedicated attendant.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and finalize customer financing and insurance files over the phone;
- Advise customers on the best financing options, coverages and warranties;
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize every transaction opportunity;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards;
- Deliver a VIP customer experience, in line with Mazda Val-David's distinctive image.

Job requirements :

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager in new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Ability to read and analyze credit bureaus;
- Exceptional customer service, sales and satisfaction oriented;
- Very comfortable on the telephone;
- Thoroughness, consistency, structure, motivation and drive.
