Your Role:
As a Claims Agent, you will:
Prepare and follow up on claims files with repair centers;
Work closely with various suppliers;
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy;
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Your Profile:
General understanding of mechanical components and experience in the automotive field;
Excellent customer service skills;
Detail-oriented, courteous, and organized;
Proficiency in spoken French and English (required).
