Description of daily tasks: Your responsibilities, your avenue to success:
- Receive, check and stock automotive parts;
- Manage parts inventories, maintaining optimal stock to meet technician and customer needs;
- Advise internal and external customers on parts required for repairs and maintenance;
- Place parts orders with suppliers and track deliveries;
- Maintain files and records of incoming and outgoing parts;
- Ensure efficient organization of the parts warehouse for easy access and retrieval;
- Collaborate with technicians and after-sales service to ensure timely availability of parts;
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding quickly and efficiently to parts requests.
Profile:
- Significant experience in parts management in the automotive industry;
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills;
- Customer-oriented: exceptional customer service, with attention to customer needs and a proactive approach;
- Technical knowledge: good understanding of automotive parts and their function;
- Ambition: eager to take on challenges, focused on results and excellence, willing to share even the most audacious ideas;
- Perseverance: never give up easily, persevere in the face of difficulties;
- Rigor: highly organized, precise and accurate;
- Technical skills: excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) and good computer skills.
