Main responsibilities:
- Greet the client and establish a relationship of trust;
- Listen to the customer's needs and ask the right questions;
- Explain to customers the particularities of the different models in order to guide them in their choice;
- Client follow-up (client prospecting);
- Test drive with customers;
- Keep abreast of new products and their advantages in terms of products, features, accessories, etc.;
- Accompany the customer throughout the steps leading to the delivery of the vehicle;
- Follow company procedures;
- All other related tasks.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in automotive sales;
- Experience working with a luxury or premium brand (a strong asset);
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for sales;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy, and a polished appearance;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals.
