Your day-to-day role:

- Coach, motivate and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed monthly objectives.
- Support advisors in negotiating and closing sales (desking).
- Maximize transaction profitability while maintaining exemplary customer satisfaction.
- Supervise customer follow-up and lead management (web, telephone, showroom).
- Participate in ongoing team training and sales process improvement.
- Work closely with General Management and the CFO to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities and propose improvement strategies.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and promote a culture of excellence within the team.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Natural leadership, team spirit and ability to mobilize others.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and results orientation.
- Mastery of Activix and Merlin software (CRM) and good computer skills (Office Suite, etc.).
- Valid driving licence and comfortable with manual driving.
- Proactive attitude, professionalism and sincere desire to contribute to our collective success.
