What you'll do every day:

- Welcome and advise customers on our automotive products and services, with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Assess customer needs and propose the perfect solution.
- Actively participate in sales strategies, meeting (and exceeding) targets.
- Keep abreast of market trends and new products, so you're always at the top of your game.
- Ensure after-sales follow-up for a five-star customer experience.
- Manage deliveries, reminders, web follow-ups and communications (telephone, e-mail).
- In short, be the ambassador of customer satisfaction at Groupe Motion.

What we're looking for:

- Automotive experience is an asset, but not a prerequisite.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Autonomous, organized and highly motivated.
- Positive attitude, contagious dynamism and customer focus.
- Valid driving license, comfortable with manual driving.
- Knowledge of Activix software (CRM) and IT tools (Office, Word, etc.).
