The candidate must be able to express him/herself in English, both orally (intermediate) and in writing (beginner), in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking customers.
- You have experience in a car dealership;
- Experience in an after-sales service department is an asset;
- You are customer service oriented (internal and external);
- You are a team player;
- You have good computer skills. Knowledge of SERTI software a desirable asset.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting the departments in various operations, in order to offer our customers the most exceptional experience. His/her role includes several key tasks such as :
- Welcoming customers to the dealership;
- Be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and jovial environment for customers waiting in our waiting room, ensuring cleanliness and offering a refreshment service;
- Support the after-sales service department's additional calls to provide immediate assistance to our customers;
- Make calls for the appointment center;
- Follow-up on web requests;
- Send various e-mails to our customers;
- Work with all departments to maintain an exceptional customer experience;
- Any other related tasks as required.
