Your responsibilities, your path to success:

- Book and manage appointments for the service department;
- Confirm appointments with customers;
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly service;
- Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns and maintenance reminders;
- Represent the Park Avenue Volkswagen image with courtesy and efficiency at all times.

Profile:

- Communication skills and a sense of professionalism;
- Experience in customer service;
- Sales skills (an asset);
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset);
- Comfortable with web technologies and computer tools;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities well.

Work schedule:

- Rotating schedule: one week from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., followed by one week from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
