As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high quality services to our customers, ensuring clear and effective communication between the technical department and the customer. Your technical expertise, combined with your sense of service, will help strengthen our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

Your main responsibilities:

- Welcome and advise customers on the technical interventions required for their vehicle.
- Work closely with the service team to plan and prioritize work.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of repairs and maintenance carried out.
- Provide clear and transparent explanations of work carried out and associated costs.
- Maintain a high level of technical and diagnostic knowledge to respond effectively to requests.

The ideal candidate has:

- A minimum of one year's experience as a technical consultant or in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills in French, with the ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms.
- A strong sense of customer service and a professional attitude.
- The ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
