Workshop Foreman

Le Relais Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC, a family-run business established for over 50 years, is looking for a Shop Foreman based on experience and specialties.

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Shop Foreman to join our after-sales service team.

The incumbent will play a key role in managing workshop operations, ensuring effective coordination between technicians, technical advisors and the parts department.

Main responsibilities:

- Plan and allocate mechanic work according to Technicians' skills and priorities;
- Ensure on-time repairs and quality of service;
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to optimize customer satisfaction;
- Monitor workshop performance indicators (productivity, efficiency and profitability);
- Ensure compliance with GM standards and internal procedures;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of workshop processes.

Profile:

- Relevant experience in a mechanical workshop or in the automotive sector;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Leadership, thoroughness and ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of GM systems (an asset).
