YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead, coach and motivate the after-sales service team;
- Ensure efficient and profitable management of the department;
- Maintain an impeccable customer experience, from reception to after-sales follow-up;
- Manage operating costs, human resources and performance indicators (targets, margins, workshop output, customer satisfaction, etc.);
- Ensure customer loyalty through efficient processes and a solution-oriented approach;
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of service-related records, reports and files.

PROFILE:

- Proven experience in managing an automotive after-sales service department (mandatory);
- Mobilizing leadership and excellent team management skills;
- Strong sense of customer service and concern for quality;
- Ability to make effective decisions and optimize operations;
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and strategic vision;
- Knowledge of automotive-related IT tools and systems (DMS, CRM, etc.);
- Bilingual in French and English.
