Position overview:
The Renewal Manager is a specialized sales role with one key mission: managing our dealership’s renewal portfolio to ensure clients stay within our family. This position requires a high volume of outbound calls, proactive follow-ups, and a strong focus on customer retention.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of customers with upcoming lease or finance maturities.
• Make a high number of outbound calls daily to connect with clients before their contract ends.
• Present renewal options in a professional, persuasive way.
• Book appointments and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and the F&I team to finalize deals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI).
What we’re looking for:
• Proven sales experience (automotive or phone sales experience is a strong asset).
• Comfortable with high call volumes and disciplined follow-up.
• Strong organizational skills and process-driven.
• Excellent communication skills, positive energy, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ambitious, result-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
