General Manager

Ferrari Quebec is seeking an experienced General Manager with strong expertise in fixed operations to oversee our dealership in Montreal. Represent one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands!

The Role:

As General Manager, you will oversee all dealership operations with a strong focus on fixed operations (service & parts), financial performance, and client satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated, close-knit team while ensuring compliance with Ferrari’s global standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive performance across all departments, with emphasis on service and parts;
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business and client experience goals;
- Coordinate Dealership activities for each business unit to achieve targets and overall profitability.

Qualifications:

- Proven success in a General Manager or senior leadership role within automotive retail;
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in leading After Sales, with strong expertise in both service and parts management;
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills;
- Dedication to creating an exceptional luxury client experience;
- Knowledge with OneEighty (preferred) and CDK.
