Job description
At Mazda Val-David, we put the lie to conventional wisdom: despite being located in the heart of the Laurentians, we have a high sales volume in new and used vehicles. With a growing inventory and a major new project taking shape in the coming weeks, we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager (F&I) ready to contribute to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and finalize customer financing and insurance files;
- Advise customers on the best financing options, coverages and warranties;
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize every transaction opportunity;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards;
- Deliver a VIP customer experience, in line with Mazda Val-David's distinctive image.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a sales manager in new and used vehicles;
- Ability to read and analyze credit bureaus;
- Exceptional customer service, sales and satisfaction oriented;
- Rigor, consistency, structure, motivation and dynamism.
