Service Advisor

We are currently looking for someone to join our team as a Service Advisor.

Job duties and responsibilities:

- Greet customers, gather information to identify and define repair and maintenance needs;
- Offer recommended maintenance services and plan work schedules, while ensuring quality customer service.

The candidate must:

- Have experience as a Service Advisor (3 years);
- Be perfectly bilingual (French and English);
- Have direct sales experience;
- Have knowledge of Serti software (an asset);
- Have excellent customer service skills;
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Have excellent work planning and organization skills;
- Be able to multitask and team-oriented.
