What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for customers and technicians looking for the right parts and accessories. Every day is different, but you can expect to,
- Help retail customers and service technicians find and order the right parts
- Process orders, verify pricing, and provide accurate parts information
- Track special orders and follow up with customers and suppliers
- Merchandise parts and maintain clean, organized shelves and displays
- Handle shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and service partners
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked parts department
- Support your team by covering shifts when needed and assisting with admin tasks
What You Bring
- Strong customer service skills and a team-first attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive/RV parts (asset but not required)
- Previous experience in retail parts or inventory (asset but not required)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and keep a warehouse organized
- Flexibility to work weekends
- A genuine passion for camping, road trips, or the great outdoors is a big plus!

Compensation
- Wage: $20-$24/hour, depending on experience
