Main responsibilities:
You will greet customers and gather the necessary information to identify and define the repair and maintenance needs of our customers' vehicles. You will have to promote maintenance services and organize the scheduling of work execution, while providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Job requirements:
- Experience in a similar customer service position;
- DVS (vocational diploma) in vehicle maintenance and repair (an asset);
- Experience in the automotive field (a major asset);
- Valid driver's licence.
