A day in the life...
As an Assistant Parts Manager, you will support the daily operations of the dealership's parts department, assisting the Fixed Operations Manager in inventory management, customer service, sales initiatives, and vendor coordination. You'll work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow, accurate invoicing, and exceptional customer interactions-both internally and externally. You'll also play a key role in training, supporting team members, and helping implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
What we look for...
- Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive dealership parts
- CDK experience is required
- OEM brand experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A valid provincial driver's license
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
