Leasing Administration Specialist.

Prime Leasing is looking for an organized and well-presented Admin Representative to join its team.

Position Summary:

The Admin Representative is responsible for working as part of our administration team to assist in all functions related to contract preparation for auto sales and leases. The Leasing Administration Specialist interacts with our administration team, finance team, service team, and sales team to ensure the rapid delivery of client files.

Role Responsibilities:

· Create lease agreements and sales contracts.
· Create purchase orders.
· Add newly purchased vehicle to stock inventory.
· Coordinate with admin team & sales team to prepare, track and monitoring lease file progress.
· Coordinate vehicle registration and plating using the SAAQclic online portal.
· Coordinate with insurance companies on claims & claim processing.
· Receive payments from clients.
· Assist with other administrative tasks and responsibilities as needed.
· Reception relief when needed.

Qualifications:

· Well-presented, professional, organized and detail oriented.
· Strong communicating skills
· Work well with computers (Microsoft office, NAV)
· Strong written and verbal communicating skills in French and English are required.
· Ability to work under pressure
· Work well in teams
· Ability work well in teams, to take initiative, and to work autonomously.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
· Minimum 1 year experience in the Auto Sector.
