Responsibilities :
The Parts Clerk will be responsible for taking orders from technicians, making estimates, issuing parts to technicians, ensuring that in-house parts requests are invoiced on the after-sales service repair order, responding to customer needs at the counter and by telephone, assisting with receiving and handling merchandise as needed, and performing any other related tasks.
The candidate must be able to communicate in English, both orally (intermediate) and in writing (beginner), in order to meet the needs of our English-speaking clientele.
Requirements:
- You have 2 years of experience in a similar role in a car dealership;
- You have a good knowledge of mechanics;
- You are customer service oriented (internal and external);
- You are a team player;
- You have the ability to lift loads for handling customer tires/rims;
- You have good computer skills. Knowledge of SERTI software would be an asset;
- You hold a valid driver's license.
