What You'll Do
 

• Welcome Customers with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide quotes, answer questions, and guide Customers through their options.
• Process transactions and schedule appointments with accuracy.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products and services.
• Enter data and orders into our systems with attention to detail.

What You Bring
 

• 2+ years in customer service, counter sales, or inside sales preferred.
• Interest or experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Confidence in handling pricing and quoting.
• Comfortable lifting 30-50 lbs as needed.
• Safety-focused: You wear your PPE and follow protocols with care.
