Estimator

Carstar Ste-Thérèse is looking for an Estimator to join our team.

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in managing vehicle repairs by accurately assessing damage, preparing bids and liaising between the customer, insurers and the repair shop.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Greet customers and visually assess vehicle damage;
- Prepare repair estimates using appropriate software;
- Coordinate with insurers for work approval;
- Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout the repair process;
- Collaborate with production team to ensure on-time delivery and quality of repairs;
- Maintain customer files and required documentation.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position (a strong asset);
- Knowledge of estimating software;
- Good understanding of body repair processes;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
