Financial & Insurance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Financial & Insurance Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of financing and protecting their vehicle, offering them a professional and personalized service.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and present different financing options and insurance products.
- Prepare complete credit files and follow up with financial institutions.
- Offer solutions adapted to customer needs, while respecting legal and ethical standards.
- Achieve financial product sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive Financial & Insurance Manager or similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of financial products and credit practices.
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and professionalism.
- Bilingualism (French and English) an asset.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
