Job description
Chartrand Ford is a major dealership located in Laval. For many years, we have excelled in vehicle sales and built up a huge bank of satisfied customers. Today, we're looking to strengthen our team with a motivated, proactive and customer service-oriented individual, to ensure the renewal of our existing customers.
Your role:
Your main task will be to contact our existing customers to suggest that they renew their vehicles with us. You'll play a key role in building customer loyalty, while contributing directly to the success of the sales team.
What will your days be like?
- Contacting customers whose lease or finance contract is expiring
- Encourage customers to come into the dealership to meet with the Renewal Manager or their assigned Sales Advisor
- Work closely with sales advisors to ensure a smooth and efficient transition
- Ensure rigorous follow-up and maintain exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Enter and update customer information in our internal systems and CRM
- Perform all other related tasks.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales or call center experience (an asset)
- Positive attitude, dynamism and autonomy
- Ability to work with performance objectives
- Bilingualism (French/English) a strong asset
- Knowledge of One Eighty and Activix software (an excellent asset)
