Chomedey Toyota Laval is currently looking for someone with a passion for customer service and automobiles, who is ready to give our customers a unique experience!
In the position of Service Advisor, the person will:
- Greet customers and gather the information required to determine customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs;
- Sell maintenance services according to customer needs, while ensuring quality customer service;
- Follow up with customers;
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Serti software;
- Knowledge of Toyota products (an asset);
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Excellent communication and sales skills;
- Bilingualism to be able to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Excellence in customer service.
