Service Department – Customer Follow-up Representative
Full-time Position – Bilingual (French/English)
BMW Sainte-Agathe, a prestige dealership in the Laurentians, is seeking a Customer Follow-up Representative to join its Service Department team. The selected candidate will play a key role in client follow-ups and in ensuring the quality of the experience offered to our customers.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients by phone, email, or text message (according to their preference) in order to meet BMW’s quality and performance standards.
Enter all information into the database to ensure rigorous and effective follow-ups.
Prepare and send mailings when required.
Collaborate with the service team to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Perform all other related tasks as needed.
Profile and Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (required).
Excellent communication skills.
Courtesy, professionalism, and a strong focus on delivering high-level customer service.
Strong ability to learn and adapt to computer systems.
Exemplary attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written.
