Sales Manager - New & Pre-Owned Vehicles

The Sales Manager is responsible for the profitability of the department.

The joholder assumes this responsibility by effectively managing his/her staff, demonstrating knowledge of the potential market, established performance standards and a keen interest in break-even points.

You will be responsible for ensuring rigorous follow-up of:

- Transactions, "T.O." and closing of transactions;
- New and used vehicles sold;
- Inventory;
- CRM of all customers (walk-in, telephone, etc.);
- BDC department performance for incoming leads;
- Smooth deliveries and customer survey results.

You will:

- Carry out performance appraisals of your staff at fixed intervals;
- Train and motivate your staff, encouraging teamwork in a customer-focused environment, throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process;
- Work with precise units of measurement to know the performance of your sales, financing and delivery department at all times;
- Evaluate pre-owned vehicles, ensuring that title documents are in order;
- Have excellent knowledge of your programs to enhance new vehicle gross gains and after-sales marketing penetration (finance and insurance);
- Monitor and supervise lease renewal activities.

Requirements and skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales manager position (new and used);
- Positive leadership and professionalism;
- Coaching and mentoring skills;
- Ability to lead by example;
- Structured and organized;
- Available to staff and customers;
- Ability to make decisions.
