Strategic Financial Controller

Strategic Financial Controller wanted, reporting directly to the President.

Requirements :

- 3 reports
- Must have auto industry experience
- Must be bilingual
- In charge of 3 operating companies, in business for over 80 years

Salary up to 150k, to be discussed.

Looking for serious growth minded hands on individuals with relevant experience ONLY.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparation / review of the financial statements both monthly and year end with a focus on accurate and timely reporting of results. This shall include all companies within the Group.
2. Preparation of the year-end audit file & liaison with year-end auditors.
3. Management of credit facilities, including assessment of financial ratio’s, quarterly bank audits.
4. Reporting of KPI’s and other tools to assist in the management of the business.
5. Management of the accounting staff & review of work prepared.
6. Interact with key business partners where required such as bankers, auditors, lawyers and other third parties helping to maintain and improve business relationships.
7. Management of property and casualty insurance policy.
