Join Fraserway RV - Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) - 2026 Season

Looking for an exciting opportunity to work with Canada's largest RV dealer? Interested in developing or advancing your career while working with an international team?

We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the 2026 season! Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available, with competitive hourly pay ranging from $19-$21, based on experience and qualifications.

Ideal candidates:

 

  • Are fluent in German or Dutch or Mandarin


Job Responsibilities

 

  • Meet and greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Provide RV rental information and guidance
  • Walk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-off
  • Demonstrate RV features (Truck Camper & Motorhomes) at pick-up
  • Check in returning RVs and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Assist other departments as needed


Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Fluent in English plus German, Dutch, or Mandarin
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and comfortable working with an international clientele
  • Able to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a desire to help make customers' vacation dreams come true
