Service Advisor

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday;
- Day shift.

Salary: $80,000 based on performance.

Description:

If you're passionate about the automotive industry and want to join a winning team, Hamel Honda is currently looking for a Technical Advisor in the Service Department to join our existing team.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, gathering information to determine customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You'll have to sell maintenance services according to customer needs while ensuring quality customer service.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Bilingualism to be able to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Sales skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Knowledge of Serti software (a major asset);
- Honda product knowledge (an asset).
