Job description
Are you dynamic with good interpersonal skills? Do you like teamwork and customer contact? Chartrand Ford is looking for a Receptionist for our service department who will be able to offer exemplary customer service.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet customers who come to the service department;
- Operate a multi-line telephone system, screening and transferring incoming calls to the appropriate people;
- Take messages;
- Pay customer invoices;
- Carry out telephone follow-ups;
- Perform any other related tasks as required and requested by the Service Manager.
Schedule: from Monday to Friday during the day.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar role (an asset);
- Professional attitude and appearance.
