Service Advisor

Canadian Tire Dollard-des-Ormeaux is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Automotive Service team. If you enjoy customer contact, are organized and passionate about the automotive industry, this opportunity is for you.

Your responsibilities:

- Greet service customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Assess their needs and suggest appropriate services and repairs.
- Prepare and explain work estimates.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure communication with the workshop.
- Follow up with customers on work progress.
- Contribute to providing a positive customer experience and building customer loyalty.

Profile:

- Relevant experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive field.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics (an important asset).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks at once.
- Positive attitude, professionalism and customer focus.
