Job description
Saint-Laurent Hyundai is looking for a versatile and professional Receptionist to join our team. This position combines afternoon administrative duties with an evening receptionist role.
Hours: Monday to Friday, from noon to 9pm.
Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly at the dealership and answer telephone calls.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Perform various administrative tasks during the afternoon (filing, document preparation, support to the administrative department).
- Ensure evening reception and follow-up of customer requests.
- Perform any other related tasks in support of the team.
Profile:
- Relevant experience in customer service and administration.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, e-mail).
- Organized, rigorous and versatile.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
