Bolton Honda is looking for a Part-Time Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team!

Here's what you'll deliver:

 

  • Stock in, maintain and prepare car inventories.
  • Prepare key tags and stock cards.
  • Prepare file folders for each unit that comes in.
  • Send work order requests for service, clean up and recalls
  • Assisting with wholesale, dealer trades, and fleet sales including communication with 3rd party dealers
  • Arrange transportation if vehicles are to be picked up and sometimes arrange for delivery.
  • Demonstrates utmost professionalism in the performance of duties.
  • Execute tasks and work with minimal supervision
  • Organize dealership technical training, scheduling, and issue reminders to ensure completion
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Ensuring stock cards, features, and costs are accurate and up to date
  • Other duties as required by management


What do you need to succeed?

 

  • Strong computer skills are required.
  • Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and prioritize.
  • Dependable, take initiative with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
  • Experience with Google Drive is an asset.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings***

Job Type: Part Time - Permanent
Compensation: $20 per hour
