Assistant Fixed Operations Manager / Senior Service Advisor

ALBI Le Géant is looking for an Assistant Fixed Operations Manager / Senior Service Advisor on the North Shore of Montreal.
 
Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, the Assistant Fixed Operations Manager / Senior Service Advisor will play a key role in the performance of the shop and the satisfaction of our customers. 

Your main responsibilities:

- Coordinate and assign work in the shop to maximize productivity;
- Supervise, motivate and support a team of around 20 employees (mechanical technicians and technical advisors);
- Manage work orders (opening and closing);
- Provide professional, customer-oriented service;
- Collaborate with management to achieve performance objectives;
- Ensure cost control, compliance with objectives and maintenance of service department records;
- Optimize technician availability to ensure workshop efficiency;
- Maintain complete customer satisfaction in all your actions.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in a car dealership.
