Fixed Operations Manager

ALBI le Géant is expanding and looking to strengthen its management team. We are currently seeking a Fixed Operations Manager for our group. This is a perfect opportunity to join a dedicated and transparent team on the North Shore of Montreal!

Key responsibilities:

- Your priority: ensuring that customers are served with fairness and transparency;
- In collaboration with the VP of Fixed Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the after-sales service and parts departments across the group;
- You will ensure the profitability of these departments and customer satisfaction by supporting service managers to improve their productivity and performance;
- You will manage costs, achieve objectives, and maintain records for the after-sales service departments;
- You will propose improvements, participate in recruitment to strengthen the teams, and organize meetings and training to elevate our departments to a higher level, with the ultimate goal of exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Desired experience in the automotive industry;
- Proven dynamism and leadership;
- Excellent communication skills;

- Ability and desire to work in a team.
