Your industry:

As part of our growth, we're looking for an experienced Renewal Manager to join our dynamic team in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing contract renewals, sales and customer loyalty.

What will drive your day-to-day work?

- Supervise the renewal process for leasing and financing contracts.
- Analyze customer data and identify renewal opportunities.
- Implement effective loyalty strategies.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and customer service teams.
- Achieve performance objectives (KPIs) related to renewal rates.
- Ensure impeccable customer service at every stage of the process.

Must-haves...

- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in the automotive sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the new and used vehicle markets, as well as financial products (leasing).
- Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM (customer relationship management) tools and automotive management software.
