About the Role

As a Fleet Service Coordinator, you will:
 

  • Provide day-to-day management of the Fleet's software systems, including documentation, maintenance schedules, work orders, and reports, ensuring accurate, timely and complete record keeping;
  • Collect maintenance data and generate reports to track equipment service records, costs, and compliance;
  • Assist in day-to-day record-keeping, expenses, and reporting for Finance;
  • Ensure timely scheduling of routine maintenance tasks and inspections to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability;
  • Assist in maintaining parts inventory and Shop supplies, as needed.


About You

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in the fleet industry preferred;
  • Valid G or G2 license with good driving record;
  • Demonstrated multitasking, organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn;
  • Knowledge of mechanical parts and processes is an asset;
  • Experience with fleet software programs and systems an asset.
