We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office

Responsibilities:
 

  • Analyze repair history to identify trends, recurring issues, and high-cost repairs.
  • Monitor truck and trailer rotation based on mileage, maintenance needs, and operational priorities.
  • Provide actionable insights to reduce breakdowns and improve preventative maintenance planning
  • Monitor Out-of-Service (OOS) units and generate reports on root causes and resolution timelines
  • Review damage reports and oversee timely trailer repairs.
  • Analyze vendor pricing and compare against actual spend to ensure cost control
  • Collaborate with the parts department for routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Create scheduled and ad hoc reports on maintenance costs, parts spend, and repair trends
  • Ensure compliance and complete documentation for audits and regulatory checks.
  • Ensure all service and parts order details are added accurately into the systems to confirm proper billing and cost tracking.


Requirements
 

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and/or Business is required
  • 2+ years exp in repair services for trucks/ trailers, parts coordination, maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the aptitude to learn new software quickly
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience working with Fleet Manager is considered an asset
