Hourly Wage Range: $17.05 - $19.25

Steele Collision Dartmouth is looking for an Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring every vehicle that leaves our collision center looks its best - inside and out. Your work will be the finishing touch that helps deliver a top-quality experience to our customers.

Please note: This role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to specific National Occupational Classification (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

  • Thorough cleaning, polishing and waxing of the cars exterior.
  • Restore upholstery, carpets and other interior components.
  • Report any imperfections on new vehicles to management promptly.
  • Apply products correctly to both the interior and exterior of sold vehicles.
  • Buff vehicles as needed to maintain high-quality appearance.
  • Prepare new and used vehicles to ensure they are presented in optimal condition.
  • Park vehicles properly in designated areas, both on the lot and in delivery zones.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace to ensure a productive and hazard-free environment.


Requirements:

 

  • Experience in automotive industry an asset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and excellent time management skills
