Then you could be the Foreman we're looking for in our service department.
Tasks and responsibilities - tire supervisor:
- Organize and coordinate tire-related work: mounting, dismounting, balancing, repair, inspection;
- Assign tasks to tire technicians or fitters;
- Ensure that work is completed on time and to quality and safety standards;
- Supervise, train and motivate employees under his/her responsibility;
- Evaluate employee performance;
- Ensure that workplace safety policies are applied.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of different types of tires and their technical specifications;
- Proficiency in tire mounting, dismounting, balancing and repair techniques;
- Experience in managing a team or coordinating a mechanical or service workshop;
- Good ability to manage priorities and work under pressure;
- Organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Good communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to diagnose tire-related problems and recommend effective solutions;
- Valid driver's license.

Training
- Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent.
