Position: Workshop foreman / technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a passionate, structured and experienced Shop Foreman / Automotive Technician to join our team specializing in the maintenance and repair of high-end vehicles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

TECHNICAL DUTIES:

- Perform complex diagnostics and mechanical, electronic and electrical repairs on luxury vehicles;
- Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer's recommendations;
- Effectively use computerized diagnostic tools and adhere to high quality standards.

TEAM SUPERVISION:

- Assign tasks to Technicians according to their skill level and shop priorities;
- Plan daily work to optimize productivity and delivery times;
- Ensure compliance with safety, order and cleanliness standards in the workshop.

SUPPORT AND MENTORING:

- Provide technical support to team members during complex repairs;
- Act as a technical reference for apprentices and junior Technicians;
- Contribute to the team's ongoing training and skills development.

QUALITY CONTROL AND COMMUNICATION:

- Verify the quality of work completed before vehicles are handed over;
- Ensure good communication with the Service Advisor;
- Collaborate in technician performance evaluation.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including maintenance of high-end vehicles;
- Natural leadership and ability to manage a small team;
- Analytical mind and technical rigor;
- Mastery of modern diagnostic tools;
- Professional attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
