About the Role

We're looking for an individual with a strong attention to detail to join our team as an Order Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert providing support to fleets ensuring efficiency and accuracy on their factory and stock orders, ultimately providing an effective wing to wing process. This position offers the opportunity to build skillset and develop process management and communication skills that can lead to other opportunities within the business. 

What You'll Do
 

  • Place vehicle orders in the Element system in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Review and process bulk order spreadsheets in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Provides support to fleets by acting as a subject matter expert & liaison to ensure delivery of an effective wing to wing "vehicle acquisition administration" process.
  • Deliver value by improving responsiveness as a result of centralized & standardized processing, increasing scalability, and elimination of non-value add exception processes.
  • Accurately place Import orders on manufacturers ordering systems.
  • Review all orders for required content as well as special notes and exceptions.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders on orders that are incomplete or have errors.
  • Understand the Import manufacturers systems.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of order entry on behalf of internal & external customer ordering needs as per SOP and audit process.
  • Daily contact with internal stakeholders to assist with order processing.
  • Internally referred to as Customer Support Administrator


Basic Qualifications
 

  • Must have a High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of relevant business experience
  • Must have previous experience in data or order entry.
  • Must Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and strong accuracy skill
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications
 

  • Education: College/University degree preferred
  • Automotive/Fleet Industry experience preferred.


Current location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800 to $71,200 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
