The Canyon Creek Toyota has a new opportunity for a Product Advisor to join our team!

Overview:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our internet clients. As a Product Advisor, you must be self-motivated, high-energy, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record of sales and excellence in customer satisfaction.

Our Product Advisor is responsible for offering a consultative, customer-focused approach to vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Following up on all internet leads
  • Responding to customer queries on calls and electronic media (chat/email/social media)
  • Meeting individual and department goals
  • Promote new business and contribute to the company's customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
  • Providing a superior experience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations.
  • Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, including participating in product training available.
  • Set goals for each month's productivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of all vehicle's models


What we value:
 

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Driver's license in good standing and clean driver's abstract required.
