A well-established car dealership in Brossard is looking for a Sales Manager for its pre-owned vehicles department. We're looking for a passionate, results-oriented manager with strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring his or her team and actively contributing to the company's growth.
Your responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor and motivate the team of used vehicle sales advisors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed objectives.
- Manage used vehicle inventory and optimize turnover.
- Provide professional coaching and constant follow-up to improve team performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with sales records and dealership procedures.
- Collaborate with general management to optimize department results and profitability.
Profile:
- Significant experience in automotive sales management, ideally in the used vehicle sector.
- Positive leadership and ability to mobilize a team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, organization and negotiation skills.
- Focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of the automotive market and inventory management practices.
- Valid driver's license.
