Job description:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for welcoming, advising, and assisting our clients throughout the purchase or lease process of their BMW or MINI vehicle. You will also play a key role in customer loyalty and in achieving our sales objectives.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Assess their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and services.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with management and other departments.

Profile:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the automotive industry and customer service.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and professional.
- Ability to work with targets and perform in a competitive environment.
- Experience in automotive sales is considered an asset (but not mandatory).
