Service Advisor

Canadian Tire de Fabreville is looking for a Service Advisor to join our regular team.

You must:

- Provide exceptional customer service;
- Enjoy working with the public;
- Be dynamic and professional;
- Be punctual and diligent.

The job:

- Greet customers;
- Make appointments in store and on the phone;
- Open and close repair orders;
- Listen to customers' repair needs;
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance recommended by manufacturers;
- Plan and manage work in the workshop;
- Follow up work with customers.

This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis:

- 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday and Sunday during winter tire break;
- Part-time for young retirees or career changers;
- Competitive salary;

Canadian Tire experience is an asset, as is knowledge of the Costar system.
